isolated location doable trips beautiful facilities
the location is isolated. i liked that it was away from chaotic phuket. we did a few trips to the town, it's doable by boat and taxi. the facilities are beautiful.

clean pool ample water comfortable bed
i stayed in a swim up room. its position was excellent. the pool was clean. plenty of water was given every day in the room. also coconut shower and hair shampoo were very nice. i found extra large comfortable beds.
the boat transfer could be better facilitated. the transfer is included. but i was dependent on their fixed schedule.

pool bar beach view friendly staff faulty tv broken ac no maintenance
The pool bar stands out as a highlight! John and Kim are great. They were friendly, kind, and made me laugh (I really appreciated that). The pool bar also has a beautiful view of the beach.
I had higher expectations for this hotel. The TV in my room didn't work properly. I reported it, but no one ever fixed it. The AC also struggled. It only cooled to 17-18 degrees even when set to 24.

Tranquil Escape in Tropical Paradise

The hotel featured a private beach. Our room included a swimming pool. There were many communal swimming pools located around the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Balee. He made my birthday special and was consistently attentive.

The bar team, especially Kim and Khorn, were helpful and always smiling. Aun was a wonderful cook. I appreciated the massage and recommend it. The staff worked to.

missing amenities frayed edges
the restaurant on the beach called eat served delicious food presented artistically.
this hotel fell short of a 5-star experience. the room lacked proper amenities like a suitcase stand and a table for working. also, the towels felt mediocre with frayed edges, impacting the overall quality.

Relaxing Stay with Great Service
funny sainy kindness assistance
My experience was really good. The staff was helpful. Sainy was especially funny and sang with us during the car pickup. Irish, Tong, Cream, and Fah were also very kind and helpful (I'm grateful for their assistance).

The resort features beautiful, clean pools offering great views. You can also use very good wifi throughout the premises. The environment is ideal for meditation, especially during sunrise.

Staff members demonstrate excellent English skills and are always ready to help guests. They provide transport to the rooms via golf carts for convenience. The staff seems genuinely interested in.
