i stayed in a swim up room. its position was excellent. the pool was clean. plenty of water was given every day in the room. also coconut shower and hair shampoo were very nice. i found extra large comfortable beds.
the boat transfer could be better facilitated. the transfer is included. but i was dependent on their fixed schedule.

The pool bar stands out as a highlight! John and Kim are great. They were friendly, kind, and made me laugh (I really appreciated that). The pool bar also has a beautiful view of the beach.
I had higher expectations for this hotel. The TV in my room didn't work properly. I reported it, but no one ever fixed it. The AC also struggled. It only cooled to 17-18 degrees even when set to 24.

The hotel featured a private beach. Our room included a swimming pool. There were many communal swimming pools located around the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Balee. He made my birthday special and was consistently attentive.

this hotel fell short of a 5-star experience. the room lacked proper amenities like a suitcase stand and a table for working. also, the towels felt mediocre with frayed edges, impacting the overall quality.

My experience was really good. The staff was helpful. Sainy was especially funny and sang with us during the car pickup. Irish, Tong, Cream, and Fah were also very kind and helpful (I'm grateful for their assistance).

Staff members demonstrate excellent English skills and are always ready to help guests. They provide transport to the rooms via golf carts for convenience. The staff seems genuinely interested in.
